When we pick up your trash and recyclables, it doesn’t sound terribly difficult, but the reality is we put a lot of training into that. So, when we hire someone to join our team, we make sure that individual is a US citizen, or that they are a documented worker authorized to work in the US in compliance with ALL the laws. And, on top of that, when they join our team, we don’t just throw them in a truck and say, “Please go start your route for the day and pick up our client’s trash.” No! We train them and re-train them. We show them the right way to do things. Then, we spot check their work. We even show up unexpectedly to inspect things sometimes. We put a lot of work into making sure there is quality, and we put a lot of effort into training our team. After all, we have a guarantee to you that we have to back up!

For example, when we come right up to your house/garage to pick up your trash, we know what trucks fit best in your driveway so we can easily turn around and not damage anything on your property. Then, after we load up your waste into our truck, we train our team to leave your barrels, bins, etc. in a nice, organized fashion so they are easy for you to put away.
